With years of industry experience and a strong background in aesthetics and medical spas, multi-certified Technician & Owner, Taylor Wilsey, stepped out on her own to launch The Beauty Joint—a studio built on passion, skill, and a commitment to excellence. Taylor set out to create a welcoming space where every client receives an unforgettable, five-star experience.
What began as a modest beauty studio in 2023 has evolved into a thriving business with a respected reputation and loyal client base. Thanks to the continued support and love from our community, The Beauty Joint keeps expanding—and we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to do what we love every day. With the same values, drive, and vision at our core, we remain dedicated to offering a little something for everyone, while continuing to grow and elevate the beauty experience.

Since opening its doors, The Beauty Joint has truly flourished—evolving into more than just a beauty studio. From day one, Taylor envisioned a space that broke the mold: a collaborative, high-energy environment where independent beauty professionals could not only work, but thrive. As one of the first of its kind in the area, The Beauty Joint has been a pioneer in creating a supportive, team-focused atmosphere within the beauty industry—one built on community, opportunity, and growth.
Taylor’s drive to uplift others has led to incredible growth beyond The Beauty Joint. She is the founder and owner of Ink Island, a tattoo studio in Mesa, Arizona, where creativity and comfort intersect. She has now launched Nail Island, also in Mesa—an inspired, niche version of The Beauty Joint designed specifically for nail artists seeking booth rentals in a positive and professional setting.
Now, Taylor is expanding The Beauty Joint for the third time, with a brand-new space exclusively for hairstylists. This upcoming extension will offer more opportunities than ever before in a fresh, beachy, light-filled environment where talent and ambition can shine.
